VIOOH.

Who: International AdTech platform VIOOH is owned by the JCDecaux Group and is currently around 150 people globally. Primary product includes the likes of a programmatic exchange platform helping to autonomously deliver bidding for media buyers/sellers.

Project: VIOOH required Talent consulting and delivery services to properly structure their hiring processes, develop a mid-term strategic resourcing plan and recruit some important hires into the Product department.

Milestones;

  • Maturity Assessment of current Product team hiring process and state.

  • Deploy recruitment campaign (Job Description design and online marketing for attraction) .

  • Partner with stakeholders (CPO and Director of Product) to develop best practice approach.

  • Source, convert and deliver qualified candidates for 2x principal/Director level Product vacancies.

  • Design a Best Practice documentation framework for hiring and interviewing with candidate experience in mind.

  • Share recommendations to deliver on 2023 product resource plan.

  • Integration of new background checking partner with ATS system.

  • Develop Discovery documentation to share findings and strategic improvement recommendations for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to People leadership team and Chief People Officer.

Delivery; 100% completion rate, 4 weeks.
